fung Ceramics are carefully and mindfully created by hand. Every care is made and attention is given in this process to ensure customer satisfaction.   If you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch with details of your order and a description of the issue, within seven days of delivery.

Returns

We strongly encourage taking your time, reading our FAQs and making a considered choice when placing an order as refunds and returns for change of mind are not possible.   

We are not able to offer exchanges once an order has been placed.

We do not guarantee delivery times and cannot offer refunds based on freight or courier delays.

Damages and Refunds

We do our best to ensure your orders are packaged safely and securely for shipping. 

If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us straight away.  flungceramics@gmail.com 
We will require photographs of the damaged pieces in their packaging and a description of the condition the pieces were received.

Should a refund be necessary, please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
